About
The Electronic Journal Emerging Technologies in Education (RETEE) is aimed at disseminating original research, technological developments, case studies and innovative experiences in the field of Educational Technology. Its target audience includes specialists, researchers, teachers, and students in training who carry out scientifically based work on the application, production, or adaptation of emerging technologies in educational contexts. The journal is also open to the academic community interested in the critical and rigorous analysis of the interactions between technology and education.

Issue Description
Volume 2, No. 1 (January-June 2025) of the Electronic Journal of Emerging Technologies in Education (RETEE) brings together four studies that, from different perspectives and contexts, explore the potential of digital technologies to address specific educational needs and promote equity in learning.
The first article, “Technology in teaching mathematics to students with ASD/ADHD in Ecuador and Spain” by Celia Gallardo-Herrerias, presents a mixed-design study applied to 340 children aged 9 to 14 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or ADHD.
