Abstract

This article presents the results of an investigation that analyzes the experiences and perspectives of teachers of the Academy of Educational Management of the Autonomous University of Nayarit on the reconfiguration of their pedagogical practices in distance and face-to-face environments, during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. An action-research methodology with a qualitative approach was used. In the first phase, from which the results reported here are derived, a focus group was conducted with 14 teachers in which information was obtained on their assessments, perceptions, opinions and experiences, as well as the challenges they faced and the strategies they implemented in the face of the health emergency conditions. This information was analyzed through a process of coding, categorization and interpretation that allowed us to learn about the teachers' experiences with emergency online teaching, as well as their perspectives on the integration of virtual and face-to-face teaching. Due to the qualitative and interpretative nature of the study, these results allow us to understand the pedagogical practices of the group of teachers with whom we worked, in the institutional context in which the action research is developed.
