Abstract

Legal argumentation is a discipline that is responsible for studying the way in which arguments are prepared and presented in the field of Law. This discipline is very important for the legal system, since it allows lawyers and judges to develop solid and convincing arguments that allow them to defend their positions and make fair and equitable decisions.
In this article, the most important aspects of legal argumentation will be analyzed, including its definition, the most important authors in the field, their works and theses, legal argumentation techniques, the importance of legal argumentation for Law and the how it influences the Mexican legal system. Legal argumentation is a discipline that focuses on the study and analysis of the arguments presented in the field of law, with the aim of determining which are the most solid and convincing. This discipline is responsible for analyzing the premises, conclusions and reasoning used in the legal field, in order to evaluate their validity and coherence.
