For the hearing impaired children and their teachers, support staff and family there are many challenges to face in order to develop their knowledge and skills. This is why this essay aims to develop a multimedia tool in order to develop oral and written language in hearing impaired children. This application is consistent with the expected learning Early Childhood Education Program proposed by the Ministry of Public Education. Early Childhood Education Program is comprised of formative fields, skills and learning outcomes, to develop curriculum standards. For a hearing impaired child to develop these lessons it is necessary to have the tools and curricular changes that address this needs. It is proposed to develop a multimeda to support hearing impaired children in their oralization and to be a tool to help with their homeworks.
