Abstract
The objective of this study was to assess the use of Information, Communication, Knowledge, and Digital Learning Technologies (ICCAD) among teachers at the Zacatecas State High School (COBAEZ), using a hybrid approach, during the pandemic. The methodology used was cross-sectional, descriptive, and exploratory. A total of 445 COBAEZ teachers participated, administering a self-developed instrument designed to measure the use of ICTCAD during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results revealed that a high percentage of the teachers surveyed did not use their own ICT-mediated teaching materials, but rather generally used resources developed by third parties, primarily text documents. Therefore, it is suggested that teachers develop digital skills that enable them to design digital teaching resources in different formats. In conclusion, it can be stated that it is necessary to strengthen the digital skills of teachers at this institution.
