Mobbing: vacíos de poder en instituciones educativas de nivel superior

The present work tries to demonstrate how the Higher Education Institutions can be conceived under the model of entrepreneurization since they have organizational structures as well as administrative styles that are reviewed from organizational theories where these if they are not observed or are not applied properly generate gaps of power that could be used by those organizational harassers to the detriment of the occupational health of fellow teachers. For this a mixed methodology was applied, presenting part of the results that allow to identify the administrative style prone to the generation of mobbing in educational Institutions.
