Thanking you for your comments and preference, we are pleased to publish this first issue of our journal's seventh year. Due to the great academic impact of our journal and the fact that it is subject to its original records and indexing, it will be published quarterly. Therefore, this first issue, corresponding to the month of April, is published out of three that will be published this year, 2025.

We continue with one of our main objectives: to link our Academic Unit with other universities in the state, the country, and the world, as well as to comply with the standards of journals recognized by the Secretariat of Science, Humanities, Technology, and Innovation. We will soon continue with that objective: to disseminate scientific legal knowledge, firstly to contribute to the training of all those who study law, and secondly, to increase the legal collection that may be of social interest. Finally, we thank all our readers for their continued support, and our friends at VLex, Latindex, and Dialnet for allowing this legal knowledge to reach more latitudes for the benefit of more jurists and legal experts. Thanks to everyone's efforts and participation, we now have a new platform for the journal.
