Appreciating your comments and your preference, we are very pleased to publish this 3rd issue corresponding to the fifth year of our magazine, already with its ISSN number assigned by INDAUTOR and recently having been added to a third indexing list such as Dialnet.
Due to the great academic impact, our magazine will continue to be quarterly, so we are starting the second of 4 issues that will be published this year.
We continue with one of our main objectives to link our Academic Unit with other universities in the state and the country, soon we will continue with that objective, to disseminate scientific legal knowledge, to contribute to the training of all those legal scholars first and secondly to increase plus the legal heritage that may be of social interest. Finally, we thank all our readers for continuing to accompany us and our friends at VLex for allowing this legal knowledge to reach more latitudes for the benefit of more jurists and jurisconsults.
