DE IURE es una revista creada en el año 2019, que tiene como objetivo ser una publicación de análisis y difusion del trabajo de investigacion en las ciencias jurídicas. Toda publicación será de carácter científico sometiendose a un riguroso proceso de arbitraje especializado y debidamente documentado, realizado por pares académicos de prestigio, los cuales dictaminan en atención a lineamientos editoriales basados en estándares internacionales, y que tiene como propósito fundamental la difusion del conocimiento científico en el área jurídica por medio de la publicación de artículos especializados teniendo como objetivo convertirse en una herramienta de actualización jurídica.
La revista DE IURE tiene como objetivo ser un instrumento que fomente la producción científica con la participación de estudiantes, catedráticos e investigadores no solamente en la Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas, sino también con autores de distintas partes de México y el mundo, que tengan trabajos de investigación sobre temas especializados en las diversas áreas del derecho.

Issue Description
Thanking you for your comments and preference, we are pleased to publish this first issue of our journal's seventh year. Due to the great academic impact of our journal and the fact that it is subject to its original records and indexing, it will be published quarterly. Therefore, this first issue, corresponding to the month of April, is published out of three that will be published this year, 2025.
We continue with one of our main objectives: to link our Academic Unit with other universities in the state, the country, and the world, as well as to comply with the standards of journals recognized by the Secretariat of Science, Humanities, Technology, and Innovation.
