In history, man has worked to cover their basic needs, one of them being food, for this reason it is very important to understand the forms of production, storage and transport that were used, since in this way, they sought to optimize both resources humans, as well as materials preserving perishable foods as well as grains in different ways.
Therefore, Industrial Archeology works by complementing the investigations, contrasting the textual information with the registration material, addressing the settlement pattern and the operation of the different factories from different perspectives.
