Abstract
The importance of teacher training in Telesecundaria in Zacatecas is discussed, highlighting the need for effective programs adapted to local educational needs. The need for continuous and relevant evaluation of teacher training programs is emphasized. Initial teacher training is questioned, pointing out the diversity of profiles and the importance of constant updating. Actions are proposed to improve the quality of education, including the evaluation and follow-up of educational processes. The evolution of telesecundaria from its creation in the 1960s to the present is highlighted, pointing out the need for a well-defined teacher profile. The importance of implementing an action plan in each Telesecundaria to improve educational management and ensure quality services is emphasized.
