The Constitution, as the ideal space through which the legitimation of various forms of organization has been made possible, needs to be reformed by the demands and needs that arise on a daily basis, in order to achieve its objective.
With the arrival of Andrés Manuel López Obrador to the presidential chair, various reforms have been made to the Constitution in matters of domain extinction, National Guard, informal preventive detention, education, gender parity, tax forgiveness, popular consultation and revocation of mandate . These last two are those that are aimed at improving the State, so it is essential to make a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of their respective reforms.
