Algunos acercamientos metodológicos aplicados a la Antropología física: Interdisciplinariedad

Abstract

This work aims to bring the reader closer to some anthropological investigations that have been developed under different interdisciplinary approaches and within which methodologies emanating from auxiliary disciplines to anthropological sciences have been implemented. For this, two of the main methodological approaches applied in those investigations that base their study on the human bone remains found within archaeological contexts will be presented below; These are bioarchaeology, developed not long ago in Mexico, and epidemiology. The fact that these approaches have been implemented within the methodology developed by anthropological studies undoubtedly emphasizes the interdisciplinary nature of this science, and specifically that of physical anthropology.
