Abstract

The Cueva de los Pintados is located within the Municipality of Guadalupe Zacatecas, where a rock motif was identified in the form of an arched arch with an arrow in an isolated black color, which is considered as a territorial marker and surface water veneration area. About its authors it is proposed to be zacatecos groups, who lived in the region at the arrival of the Spaniards.
