Abstract

This work analyzes thirteen factors that have been defined as fundamental within the Organizational behavior and have been applied in the Unidad Académica de Economía de la Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas in 2019. The objective is to identify which of the factors have more relation to each other, to look for areas of improvement in the organization. A survey was applied to 101 persons representing this academic unit as students, teachers and non-academic workers. Surveys were distributed to students of different semesters and among teachers from different areas, subjects and programs; trying to maintain the greatest plurality possible so the results are representative of the entire Faculty. The different analyzes carried out start from the frequency analysis, a Spearman correlation analysis is subsequently applied and a factor analysis is completed that will allow the identification of the groups that have the best influence between the variables or factors involved. The results show that there are two groups of variables that have a more important influence on the definition of the Organizational climate; on the one hand we can highlight the variables "motivation" and "leadership" that allow us to account for some conditions that can be improved through a movement of these. On the other hand the way in which the organization is structured, as it is perceived in a way. In general, the organizational structure influences other variables such as the physical part. Another variable with surprising results is "linking" as teachers mention that it is not done in the best possible way.
