Abstract
This document is a graduate follow-up study aimed at obtaining updated information on the situation of bachelor's degree graduates from the period 2019 – 2024 through a questionnaire uploaded to the platform of the Coordination of University Liaison at the Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas. The sample consisted of 3,374 graduates, and through this study, elements such as employability index, graduation efficiency, salary received, opportunity areas, satisfaction with the education received, among others, were identified. Some key findings were that most graduates came from the Accounting, Psychology, Dental Surgeon, and Law bachelor's programs. The majority pursued the traditional in-person modality, and almost half of the graduates took the General Undergraduate Exit Exam (EGEL) with a satisfactory performance. The main reason for pursuing a bachelor's degree was personal growth, and academic training stands out as the aspect of greatest satisfaction among graduates of the Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas.
