Abstract

The book Historia de la educación, profesionalización docente y enseñanza en México: avances y perspectivas coordinated by Norma Gutiérrez, Josefina Rodríguez and María del Refugio Magallanes (2019) is part of the broad field of the history of education in Mexico, its plots, actors, contents, strategies, resources for teaching and learning, even its cultural and economic capitals (Bourdieu, 1997). In this sense, it is necessary to delimit the main topics of study dealt with in this book in order to configure a conceptual network, in which the educational field itself is reconstructed, as well as its possible and probable perspectives.
