In this article we recognize the role that teachers should take in the implementation of learning strategies that contribute to the development of students, so it should focus on combating the specific needs of each student through the implementation of Adaptive Learning, a system that analyzes the knowledge of each of the students and offers personalized recommendations that allow them to advance at their own pace. Big Data and Learning Analytics are the fundamental part that facilitate the generation of personalized learning adapted to the students' detected needs, through data analysis.
