The construction of public opinion policy. Notes on potential of written culture

Abstract

When you think about written culture, you can see the infinite
consequences that it generates when it is practiced, when the
transit of its intricacies is given free rein, when humanity presents
it and at the same time represents itself. Such is the case
of political public opinion that emerges as an element that,
because it is difficult to make itself perceptible to the naked
eye, has depended on the written communication processes
that people establish in order to be able to express themselves
and even more, to cause great changes in the society. Thus, the
text that is exposed below, gives an account of how this type
of opinion is configured and how written culture has been the
basis for it to emerge, but the text also exposes the dialectical
relationship that is built in that constant interaction.
