Transmisión generacional del maternaje: 4 casos clínicos

Resumen

Se presenta un estudio que explica la transmisión generacional del maternaje en cuatro casos clínicos. La relación de la madre-hijo resulta angular en la estructuración psíquica, y, las mujeres-madres están presionadas para ejercer un buen maternaje. La investigación muestra cómo el maternaje está determinado por el recibido, abarcando al menos tres generaciones; los elemento transmitidos son: cuidados, vínculos, afecto, introyecciones de elementos considerados negativos, abandono, identificación con el rol de trabajo e identidad de género. Se plantea cómo a través del tratamiento clínico modificaron su función materna, reduciendo los conflictos psíquicos con sus hijos y permitió diferenciarse de la propia madre. Es una investigación cualitativa, con un diseño explicativo, con elementos de la teoría psicoanalítica y perspectiva de género.

A study is presented that explains the generational transmission of motherhood in four clinical cases. The motherchild relationship is angular in the psychic structuring, and women-mothers are pressured to practice good mothering. Research shows how mothering is determined by the one received, spanning at least three generations; the transmitted elements are: care, bonds, affection, introjections of elements considered negative, abandonment, identification with the work role and gender identity. It is considered how through clinical treatment they modified their maternal function, reducing psychic conflicts with their children and allowed them to differentiate themselves from their own mother. It is a qualitative research, with an explanatory design, with elements of psychoanalytic theory and a gender perspective.
